Shipping policy
A small watering can with 2mm round-cut multicoloured lab-created sapphires spread across the main body. The pendant is finished with a high-polish and has the jump-loop threaded through the watering can handle. The spout head also has sprinkling holes detailed into it. And, as a wise person once said, the grass is always greener where it is watered.
The pendant is handmade in London by highly skilled jewellers using solid sterling silver (925), which is certified with full British hallmarking. The pendant includes the chain shown in the image, in a choice of 18 or 20 inches.
As with all Bleue Burnham jewellery, this piece comes with our seasonal embroidered pouch, our seasonal booklet and a Bleue Burnham box.
Each pendant is made-to-order - please allow 2-4 weeks for your pendant to be made.
Shipping
We offer fully tracked shipping globally. We pre-pay taxes and duties for all orders outside of the UK so you do not have to worry about paying for these when your order arrives. If you decide to return jewellery for a refund, the cost of these taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund.
UK shipping is free for orders over £500, otherwise it is £10.
International shipping is free on orders over £750, otherwise it is £20.
Returns
All of our jewellery is made to the highest quality standards and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of the goods being received. All products must be complete with packaging and in their original condition. If you decide to return jewellery for a refund, the cost of these taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund.
All international returns should be clearly sent and labelled as 'return to sender' to ensure taxes and duties are not charged twice. If there are any duties or taxes this must be paid by the sender. We will not be able to accept any returns with unpaid taxes or duties.
