Shipping policy
A medium-sized brooch sculpted as a fruit-bearing grapevine, set with 4mm round-cut, multi-coloured lab-created sapphires peppered around its edge.
This piece of jewellery is handmade in London by highly skilled jewellers in solid sterling silver (925) which is authenticated with full British hallmarking.
As with all Bleue Burnham jewellery, this piece comes with our seasonal embroidered pouch, our seasonal booklet and a Bleue Burnham box.
Each Brooch is made-to-order - please allow 4 weeks for your brooch to be made.
Shipping
We offer fully tracked shipping globally. We pre-pay taxes and duties for all orders outside of the UK so you do not have to worry about paying for these when your order arrives. If you decide to return jewellery for a refund, the cost of these taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund.
UK shipping is free for orders over £500, otherwise it is £10.
International shipping is free on orders over £750, otherwise it is £20.
Returns
All of our jewellery is made to the highest quality standards and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of the goods being received. All products must be complete with packaging and in their original condition. If you decide to return jewellery for a refund, the cost of these taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund.
All international returns should be clearly sent and labelled as 'return to sender' to ensure taxes and duties are not charged twice. If there are any duties or taxes this must be paid by the sender. We will not be able to accept any returns with unpaid taxes or duties.
